Rules & regulations
- All prices are final and include everything, from groceries to labor. No hidden or extra charges.
- Prices are per Person.
- Service is confirmed only after full payment is made.
- Children, 3 years old or under, enjoy a 100% discount.
- All menus are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy
Since we are a small business and we have a high demand for our services we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. In case of cancellation by the guest, the following applies:
- For cancelations more than 8 weeks before the day of the event 80% of the total cost is refunded
- For cancelations 6 to 8 weeks before the day of the event 60% of the total cost is refunded
- For cancelations 4 to 6 weeks before the day of the event 40% of the total cost is refunded
- For cancelations 2 to 4 weeks before the day of the event 20% of the total cost is refunded
- For cancelations made less than 2 weeks before the day of the event there is no refund
In case that unforeseen events force us to cancel a reservation, any amount paid by the guest for the reservation will be refunded in full.
Force Majeure: This means that we will provide compensation if you have to cancel or change your travel arrangements because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure. If this is the case, please notice that you have to inform us as soon as possible and/or at least 1 week before the day of the event.
Deposits are not refundable.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Please notice that refunds may take between 3 to 5 business days to process after the date of cancellation.
